I have RegClean Pro in my computer. Is this something I need to get rid of and how do I do that?

If you are using 360, it already has a registry utility and you would not need another.

 

The use of registry cleaners is a topic of contention, as many can cause more problems than they fix. You should definitly remove any other you have on your system.
