I planned to buy Premium license and two of it will be using in Japan. I read from Norton Wesite and said the license is only allow to use in Hong Kong so that I asked Norton Support if the licenses can be used in Japan if I buy it in Hong Kong? The agent said yes, if I buy it from Norton Online Store and it can be used anywhere in the world. After I purchased the premium licenses and tried to shared two licenses for two devices in Japan, unfortunately it cannot be used in other region.
I asked for solution from Norton Support and they said they will have Norton Hong Kong to contact me but no one contacts me over two weeks. I asked Norton Support for solution again and they said they already escalated to senior level for solution but no any feedback yet.
Very disappointed by misleading from Norton Support and still waiting for solution if possible. Really bad customer service and bad experience.
