I keep getting an alert on my desktop saying I haven't completed my registration. When I click on it, it takes me to where I can access my account, where I can see nothing about 'registration' anywhere. Meanwhile, my account says I am up to date and protected.
Hello
Please run Live Update a few times and restart a couple of times. The 22.9 updates need at least 2 restarts and 3 runs of Live Update to get all of the files especially if you are 64 bit.
Thanks.
I couldn't find that help button, was probably not looking at the right screen. But I did discover that the version a Norton help technician reinstalled for me 6 days ago via remote access (to eliminate another annoying notification) was not the latest. The screen already said, "Subscription: ACTIVE", but I did what you said to do. We'll see if that alert still pops up.
Thanks!
What does your main Norton Internet Security screen say about your Subscription Status? Is that information correct?

Here's what pops up now and then when I open my (Firefox) browser:
Can you post a screenshot of the message?
