Registration Key

I'm trying to update my 2nd PC w/the registration key provided with my renewal.  I can use this software on 3 PC's, so far only have it o9n 1.  Every time I enter the new registration key, get error message that key is not valid.  I'm not a happy camper, at this time, can anyone help w/this problem?  :smileysad:
