I am looking for some input on registry errors. I recently received a phone call from a company in India called Global Tech & was informed that one of my PC's was sending error messages to their global server.
At first I thought it was a hoax but I talked to the woman. She walked me thru some steps to show me where these errors were originating (all done while my modem was off) & I could see warnings and errors. She suggested I download a program called CC cleaner to fix.
I honestly don't know much about this & I see that I am still getting errors on the applications & system. Could someone tell me what would cause this & if there is a product available to correct & prevent?
