I had a 3 user disk and used all 3 subscriptions. I uninstalled NIS2011 from from old desktop and now I have logged on to my account, it says all 3 licenses used - non available. Can I still use the license on the old desktop on my new system. I thought by uninstalling, it would have freed a license up.
Also, my laptop disk crashed and I can't access anything on it. How can I free up it's license? I can't uninstall, as it doesn't work. I've got a new disk and want to use up the broken disks licence on the new disk.
any help would be appreciated. Hope it doesn't mean I've lost 2 subscriptions - they had 5 months left!
