Reinstalling NIS while keeing firewall settings

It seems that because of unexpected power outage my NIS 2010 installation was corrupted. The status always stays 'at risk' and whenever I use 'fix now' option it displays only one problem 'quick scan needed', and after finishing the scan and not founding anything this only item status goes to 'not fixed' and the main status is again 'at risk'. Also after booting firewall is disabled by default (I can enable it manually) while download intelligence and safe surfing are both on, even if I always keep turning them off.

Anyway, it also happened before (twice) with NIS 2009 - I did submit support tickets and the solution was always to uninstall and install again NIS. Not quite what I wanted but it actually did work, but each time it did reset all the settings. It takes few minutes to configure it back to what I want but the biggest problem is I'm using the firewall option set to manual and I have configured around 400 different rules (some quite complicated) for various software so I can fully control their access. Getting this back takes hours.

So the question is: is there any way to export all (or at least firewall) settings before uninstalling ? Where are they kept (registry/user settings folder/program files) ? I think it should be possible to revert to them after exporting them, uninstalling, reinstalling and turning off the tamper protection for a while...
