I have had to reinstall everything on my computer. Of course the only thing that I have not been able to, is Norton Antivirus.
I can start but then I have to put in my KEY for the product. I have tried what I saw on my print out receipt (purchased online), and it is obviously not correct. I really need help with getting this back and I admit that I can not figure it out on my own. I do know that I still have about 200 days left with this subscription. I am disabled with Multiple Sclerosis, and all of this has been nothing but stress & more stress!!! Please give me any ideas that you may have and I thank you ahead of time! Christy
