yesterday, i had to get a hold of HP support, and ended up having to reinstall windows, now i cannot reinstall my norton antivirus, it sends me to the "buy" page, all i want to do is reinstall, what i paid for in February, can anyone help please.
When you say you have all the information from the purchase and your account, do you mean MyNortonAccount (a secure place to store you purchase information and license key code)? This was set up (or asked to be set up) when you activated your original product. You can access your account at https://www.mynortonaccount.com ; just enter your email address and password.
If you have your license key code then you can convert the trial period over to the licensed period by entering your key code. Please check the Help&Support menu for an Activation menu and click there.
The trial product you have installed is the same product as the licensed one; only the key codes are different.
