I'd uninstalled Norton Family due to the issue with web browsing speed. After it was fixed, I reinstalled it, and it is working, but it looks like it is not the latest version. I installed from https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/regInstallStart.fs, and now have 2.6.0.52.
Also, the install process was a bit odd in that the computer rebooted during it without asking permission.
