Hello everyone, I need help to reinstall my Norton which I purchased online. The problem is it needs username and password which is the case. Because when I bought it online, they only give me a product key. Unlike before it only needs product key to activate. I still have 300 days remaining on that account.

After you do contact customer support to have your activation moved to your new computer, please uninstall any trial version of security program. Not sure if you meant you got a new computer or just a new motherboard for your computer. In any case, please remember to renew your Norton product before it runs out since once it does run out, it stops functioning completely. Thanks.
The user name and password are for your Norton Account. When you first installed the product, you would have had to sign into or create a Norton Account to activate the product.
