Hi, I ininstalled Norton 360 recently on a one of our computers (laptop running windows 7), and then tried to reinstal norton family (which disappeared). This did not work, despite repeatedly uninstalling the old norton family using the uninstal icon, and restarting and then reinstaling Norton family. I have Norton Family working fine on our PC, but cannot get it work on the laptop, despite repeated downloads. Please help, Dan
