Im hoping someone can help me with reinstalling my Norton 2011 3 licence on to a new pc.
I have used the 3 licences & 1 went onto my mums laptop which then decided to fizzle & die on.It was a hopeless thing & is completely dead so mum got a new computer & I wish to install it on to the new pc.I have tried but it wont let me.So what I need to know is there any way I can remove the licence from the dead pc (without being able to go into it) & then put it on the new pc?
