One fine day i rebooted my computer, Norton's would not run, when i tried a scan gave me an error message. Dont remember what it was but told me to download Removal tool, remove my Norton Internet security then follow instructions to reinstall.
Only problem: whenever I clicked on "download removal tool" said web site unaccessible. Tried 3 days gave up, unistalled entire product. is still good til oct. have had norton's for years without any trouble. Now, cant figure anyway to reinstall. have my product key, visited every catagory on Norton's website. No luck, and worst part is............ have searched for a Email to customer service and find none. Right now am running an Arira free virus protection and dont feel protected at all.. what am i missing? am i blind or is there no way 2 contact Norton by email? thanks for any help you can give me. hopefully i am just missing it cause i hope that company hasnt grown so big that they are unreachable via email
