Today, I got on the computer. When I tried to run a full system scan, Norton Antivirus closed itself and then brought up this message:
We are unable to communicate with one of our servers. Would you like to attempt to correct this problem by releasing and renewing your IP settings?
When I clicked yes, it wouldn't even fix it. Please help me as I feel unprotected right now.
