I saw Relevant Knowledge just appear in my new programs folder one day. My computer was slow,AOL was not shutting down and locked up. I found it was a spyware/data collection program. I can’t find anyone who knows where it came from. It got past my Mcafee (which is why I came over to Norton). Im no IT expert, but I downloaded some info to remove it, and it kept coming back. When I deleted it from my registry (running XP Pro) my reboots became more and more unstable, until I finally saved my files on the last safemode reboot. I then had to reinstall windows (restore also failed) after total hard drive reformat and sector deletions. I hope Norton can stop this thing from getting back on my computer, does anyone else know? Thanks.
