I bought the multi-device package and have installed 4 out of 5. The Norton security did not resolve the problem I had on one of them. I just bought two brand new computers (one has the problem) soooo I am going to just reset the factory settings. Best solution for now. My question is: will Norton remember this computer from prior install and just let me reinstall? Do I remove this computer from the Norton site? Will I still be able to use all 5 of my device installs??? Please help me!!!
