I want to add my new windows 7 laptop to my Norton account. I have 3 computers with the license installed one of which died almost a year ago and cannot be booted to remove the license. Since I just renewed my subscription I really want to be able to use all 3 licenses. Is there a way to free up the 3rd license from the dead gateway laptop?
