I am using Firefox 17.0.1 and Norton 360 version 20.2.0.19. My OS is WIndows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. In Firefox options>security "remember password for sites" will be unchecked when the identity safe vault is open. As long as the vault stays closed then I have no problems. Once logged in and the vault is open I can check the box to remember password for sites and then do what I need to online using identity safe but when I close Firefox and re-open, the vault is still open as it should be but the remember password for sites box is unchecked. I have to do this every single time I open Firefox. I have "turn off the browsers password manager" set to NO. I had no problems until I updated to version 20 when it came out.
