Reminders iCloud sync issue

I've got Norton 360 installed on my Mac. A couple of days ago I realized that, for an unknown reason, Apple's Reminders app did not sync with iCloud anymore - just on the Mac. I tried the usual uncheck/check in the Mac's iCloud preferences, but after that, my Reminders' lists were completely gone. When I uninstalled Norton 360 using the removal tool, everything came back to normal. But as soon as I re-installed Norton, the sync stopped again. I have also created an exception for Reminders in the connection blocker, but that didn't help.

- macOS Big Sur version 11.1
- Norton 360 8.6 Build 175 Layout ESD
- no error message
- Calendars and other apps seem to work as they should

Still, no answer from the Norton Support. The app remains blank as long as Norton 360 is in use.

Is there anything new?

I tried both, and it didn‘t work.

Thank you, @kakaotasse .

We want to determine which feature is causing this issue. So could you first turn off Connection Blocking and check? Then could you turn on Connection blocking and turn off Vulnerability Protection, and then check? Thanks.

Hi, here's the file you asked for.
