Since installing Windows 10, norton 360 has issues. I did a chat and let him take over with remote access. At first it worked but after a restart, the desktop keeps "refreshing". The icons come and go on regular intervals. The only way to get online is keep clicking on the internet app before it cycles.
Please help. Cannot use computer as is.
