I cannot access my vault.  It says cookies are missing.  Can I get some remote help?

I am no longer able to provide remote assistance after I installed NIS 2010 on my windows 7 64 bit machine. Can anyone help me with this problem? I can get remote assistance. I just can't give it.

Sorry for the issue you are facing .Please help us with more information to understand the problem .

  • Your browser with version details
  • Norton Password Manager extension version in your browser
    • If you are using Chrome, browse to  chrome://extensions/ in Chrome browser
    • If you are using Edge, browse to edge://extensions/ in Edge browser
    • If you are using Firefox, browse to about:addons in Firefox browser
    • Check the version of Norton password manager extension and share
  • Screenshot of cookies missing error message and any other logs
  • When was the last time you were able to access your vault successfully?
