Remote Desktop Issue - "Trusted Device" List

Thank you in advance for any help provided to me as speaking to customer service on several occasions was of no use...

I recently had to reformat my computer and with that reinstall Norton Security Suite v. 22.8.1.14.

I use remote desktop connection on a daily basis from multiple locations but the only way I am able to connect past the firewall is if the IP address from where I am connecting is in the "Trusted Device" list. This limits my access to my computer dramatically as I never know where I will have to connect from. When the device is not in the trusted list it is unable to connect but no log is created in norton.

I have added mstsc.exe will full access under program control and created port rules allowing RDC.

I had a similar issue in the past and Norton customer service had me downgrade 1 version and it all worked perfectly....

Can anyone shed some light on my issue?
