Remote disgnosis session with Symantec Tech Support PDF redirects PDF files

After remote session with Symantec Tech Support .PDF file extension no longer chooses Adobe Reader but is redirected to GDurlLauncher.exe. GDUrlLauncher.exe shows Symantec as the publisher. Using Ghost 14 and Windows Vista. The GDURL Launcer program resides in the Ghost dorectory.

The preferences for .PDF still shows Adobe reader - tried uninstall reinstall of Acrobat reader and it's stiil doing the same thing, how do I undo it? By the way haven't been able to run any more backups beyond the one the  SymantecTech support guy helped me with. Looks like Ghost is a bust!

Hi,

 

First the simply way:

 

1. Rightclick on the PDF-File --> Open with... Search for Acrobat Reader and be sure that you check the option "Always open with the selected program"

 

If this doesn't work for you we will use advanced tips........
