I have just installed Norton Security on two devices (upgrading from NIS). I am signed in but when I try and switch on Remote Management in Advanced settings, the "Switch" appears to be greyed out. In other words, it says Off and touching the switch will not make it change - it is neither green or red. Help - why would this be so?
