Thank you, reset helped, the functionality is back, but I am wondering, if this is the one and only solution as by resetting, all settings were lost as there is no export/save settings possibility.

Reset to Default or re-install Norton…as far am I’m aware.

Where is the Backup Settings option? here

We’re hoping Norton publishes v24 User Guide and implements…export/save settings.
