Removal of Quarantined Items (NIS 2010)

i clicked CLEAR ENTRIES on the quarantine option. dit it remove the virus from my PC or just remove from the list? if it was not removed from my PC, what can i do to remove them?

It removes it from your PC, too. Checking the Quarantine folder before and after doing so, confirms this.
