I recently uninstalled Norton without using the tool and a week later i installed it over again. It seems to be the problem that the previous norton anti virus that was removed still has peices of it left and is clashing with my new anti virus installation slowing my internet and messing up the connections.
Where do i find the removal tool download and how do i reinstall norton without having to purchase it again.
