Norton wouldn't load during start-up so i had to double click the icon to get Norton to start..Norton would then update and find errors all across the board everything needed to be fixed so i clicked the fix button and a few minutes pass and the only option was to downloaded the Norton removal tool, and reinstall. I then downloaded the removal tool then clicked it to run...i saw a quick status bar..but then that's it...nothing i ctrl-alt-del to bring up my task manager to see if it is running...it is running but nothing seems to happen. i recently installed window and installed Norton if that helps
Using the standard 2010 Norton Anit-virus.......with windows xp
