Hello all,
I am using Norton ghost ver 14.0.5.34587. My backup destination drive failed and I replaced it with another external drive. Now when I go to manage backup destination I get an error that the backup destination is unavailable. How can I delete that old backup destination?
Thanks in advance,
Steve
I don't have Ghost 14, but it should be simalar to this..

You may also want to click on the backup jobs tab and delete the old job too.
I did read that post prior to my posting. Ghost 14 does not have that function available.
Thanks anyway
Well I never used Ghost 14 so I can't help. I'll bet Allen or someone will be along shortly to help you out.
You can try the following:
Stop the Ghost Services
Search for and delete any *.pq* file (make sure you're searching for hidden files and folders
Restart the service (or reboot)
Then check.
