I have used Norton for many years on many computers and now have backup sets in my cloud storage which belong to computers that no longer exist. How can I get rid of these old backup sets?
Using a Windows admin account, open Windows Explorer, press Windows Key + E. Then click on This PC, or My Computer in the left pane, depending on your OS. In the right pane you will see Norton Backup Drive. Double click on that and you will be presented with a list of the backup sets in your Norton Account. Right click on one that you wish to remove and click Delete.
