I have been a customer for many years and each year I have subscribed to a different version of Norton.
I am getting expired notices on all my machines from an old Norton 360 with Lifelock Select Plus, exp 12/04/21, while I currently have a Norton 360 Premium subscription, purchase date 11/19/2021 to expire 11/19/2022. My protection drops on all of our computers and phones. There does not seem to be a way to remove the expired subscription and we have spent too much time trying to find a solution that should be easy.
Next year we will be switching if there is not an answer or solution to this issue.
On the Device Security page, identify the device that you no longer want to protect.

You cannot remove the license associated with a device that has a red or gray (inactive) status. You must fix the issues in that device before you remove the license associated with it. If you cannot fix the issues, you can remove the device from your account.

You can remove a device from your Norton account at any time. Removing a device only deactivates the services installed on the device and does not uninstall it. Once you remove the device, you cannot view it on your Norton account.
If you use an older version of a Norton product, you cannot remove the device remotely from your Norton account until you upgrade your protection to the latest available version.
Ensure that your device is connected to the Internet when you attempt to remove a Norton service installed on it.
If your device is not connected to the Internet, Norton completes the removal process when the device connects to the Internet.
