Remove Norton Toolbar

I just ran LiveUpdate with Norton Internet Security 2010 from Comcast. It told me it needed to reboot the system. Afterwards, I noticed that Norton Toolbar had been reinstalled and reactivated in all user profiles.

How can I remove it from all user profiles? I had previously done so, but do not wish to attempt to edit each account individually. I don't need it eating up all that screen space, and nobody here uses "Norton safe search".

How do I remove that annoying thing from all profiles at once? the uninstall button is greyed out, and clicking "disable" only affects a single account. I don't want to disable it, I want to uninstall it.

I have searched for this topic, but nothing works. Restarting in Firefox safe mode keeps the option dimmed. There is no .dll file in the components folder.

Please give me a procedure that works to uninstall "Norton Toolbar 2010.9.0.6". I call it malware since I can't get rid of it and it obiously must be doing nasty things I wouldn't like since it doesn't want me to get rid of it.
