Have spent hours trying to remove using Symantec Endpoint Protection etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Symantec Endpoint Protection, means the Trojan.Gen could be the other problem, if the detection is in the TEMP folder.

tmp file (DWH*****.tmp) detected as Trojan.Gen or Trojan.Gen.2 by Corp products
