Remove Warning - following up on a dispute in review

Hi there,

Our team submitted a dispute and are wondering if we can move forward with it? We originally submitted this request on March 11th.

The Google Transparency and Sucuri reports provided show a ‘safe browsing’ and ‘No Malware’ detected status

Please see submission screenshot below - thank you!

Thank you so much @bjm.

Our issue is that we did not receive an email and are unable to proceed. Thanks for adding the contact information, we will look into that.

We tried to submit another dispute but have the following “Dispute is already in progress” message blocking from sending another submission. Any insight on how to resolve this would be helpful thanks!

Yes, I also see “Dispute is already in progress

I’d urge you to make URL submission/s with Alert ID

Use the Formal Submission Portal If the Safe Web form isn’t giving you updates, try the dedicated faviconNorton Submission Portal. This system is often more robust for tracking false positive reports and typically provides better feedback loops.
Verify Site Ownership Ensure you have officially “claimed” your website within the faviconSafe Web portal. Verified owners generally have access to a dashboard where they can see the status of their site and any pending disputes without relying solely on email notifications. faviconsource
The “48-Hour Rule” The community recommendation is to wait at least 48 business hours. If the status of your site has not changed on the Safe Web public lookup after this time, it likely means the dispute is still in the queue or was not processed.
Escalate to Norton Support If you haven’t received an email or a status change after 48 hours, contact faviconNorton Support directly. Explicitly tell the agent: “I have already submitted a site dispute via the Safe Web portal more than 48 hours ago and have received no email notification or status update.” This often prompts them to escalate the ticket manually.

Thanks for sharing your progress

Over the course of the last 2 weeks we’ve been going through the virustotal report and emails/submitting forms accordingly, but it is a bit of a waiting game getting those notifications changed. Time will tell, thank you again @bjm !
