This is my first post so please forgive me.
been a happy Norton customer for a long time.
I purchased 360 when it first came out, and at that point, my machine was already several years old.
Unfortunately last year, my computer sufferred a total failure. To cut a long story short, built a new computer, installed 360, and installed 360 on my sons computer.
But now I am looking to add a 3rd machine, but I do not have any available activations left
I did a subject search and did indeed find this thread, which seemed relevant

The only difference is that I do not have the option to "remove" norton 360, since the machine has assigned to the junk pile and hard-disk formatted.
So I have 2 "active" machines in our household, yet all 3 subscriptions are "used" - how do I recover the activation that is associted with a computer that has been dead for a year?
