My laptop was stolen. I tried to remove it from my Norton so I could add my old desktop pc with Windows XP. It doesn't list any pc's on the main page. On another page i saw it. It was installed 9-15-12. I want that one removed and do not know how to go about doing that. Can you help?

Welcome
To do this you need to log into Norton Management using your Norton Account email and password. See here.
Click on the My Account tab. Look for your product listed there and the specific installation for your laptop. Click on the trash can beside that activation to disable it on the laptop and allow you to install on a new computer.
To make things a little easier going forward, install Norton Management on each of your PC's. That way you can assign meaningful names to each PC, and then you can use the MY Devices tab in Norton Management to manage your subscription.

Sorry to hear about the theft
Personally if you have several computers and don't have Norton Management installed yet I'd go, for speed and certainty, to the Norton OnLine Support Team via the CHAT link as below since they have the tools to deal with this and in depth access to the database. They are quick and friendly.

Two other things to mention:
If you have not already, contact the maker of your laptop and ask if they have a system for recording the details of the laptop so that if it comes in for servicing it will be flagged as stolen. Some makers (eg Toshiba I know) do have this service. They probably require you to have reported the theft to the police.
If you are getting a new replacement PC then checkback with us on how to deal with any pre-installed trial security programs that come on most PCs these days. It can need more than the normal uninstall and we can point you to where to download the correct tool to use.
