Removing Backup set from the Online Storage

Is there a possible way to remove the Backup sets from the Online Storage which were created when using Norton 360 Version 2

Are you currently running version 3 and seeing them in the Norton Backup Drive? If so we just fixed that functionality and it is due in the next inline for Windows 7. If you are still running version 2 you will need to contact support to have them delete the backup sets.

Yes, I’m using Version 3 of Norton 360. It created a new Backup set called Defaultset. Had problems with running Backup so deleted the Backup set using the Norton 360 UI and then created a new Backup set. But the Defaultset still exists. Also my Backup set from V2  is also there. Hope the fix will be released soon.

You can delete the contents of the backup set using the Norton Backup Drive located in my computer. It just wont delete the backup set itself until after the patch is delivered.
