Hi,
I have 3 licences which are all being used. One is on a laptop that died and we cannot get into. How do I remove Norton 360 so that I can free up that licence to use on another laptop?
Thanks in advance

You need to log into Norton Management at www.manage.norton.com using your Norton Account credentials. Click on the My Account tab and click on Product Details. You will see a list of your computers on your current subscription. Click on the trash can beside the computer you want to remove from your account and that will free up the activation to use on a replacement computer.
You can cancel the licence on that defunct computer if you log into your MyNortonAccount, or even better add Norton Management onto your main computer. Logging into MyNortonAccont will probably invite you to set up Norton Management.
Alongside each entry for an activation is a dustbin icon -- click on that and it cancels the activation on that computer.
If you have a problem identifying which computer is which since Norton Management assigns names arbitrarily but may pick up something you can recognize, then the easiest way is to to cancel all three and then on the two comuters you are keeping open up the Norton GUI and click on Support / Subscription Status which will log it into your Norton Account and verify the activation.
If you do that one at a time and after each one open up the Norton management, find the activation and click on the pencil icon you can give that computer a user friendly name like Bernie desktop or Bernie Win 8 Laptop .......
Let us now if you have a problem with any of that.
