Hi all,

New to this Forum. I am trying to update from the Symantec Client Security software I have now to the Norton Antivirus 2008 software.

Installing is not a problem, just the fact that an error page comes up saying that I need to un-install the Client Security system before continuing with the new software.

Now, for 1 thing, Symantec doesn't have an Un-install function within the program (from what I can see anyway), so I use Add/Remove programs function on my XP SP2 Home edition Control Panel. But it asks for an Un-install password.

This password is what I do not have. How do I get around this?? Or does someone have a password that I am able to use???

Please help,
