I fixed a computer for a friend she is allowed to use Norton until oct of this year, we have no disk and a telephone call to Norton support led to a disinterested tech who on the second call said to call customer service . You would think that the load and reinstall of an existing account would be on nortons main web page and that tech support would know how it works. If I do this again what is the process? This is going to happen often with any restored computers where the original Norton disk is several years old.
