I have 29 days left on my subscription and a new product key to enter. Is there a way of installing the new product key so that it is added on to my remaining days rather than running concurrently?

Hi, thanks for your help. I'm not using the VPN. I was unable to get it working in chrome, but it did start to work in edge for some reason. Issue all resolved (at least for this year!) Probably have to go through this all over again in 12 months time!

Have you tried reaching Support from Edge or Chrome new default profile? Have you tried with VPN Off?

Please, try allowing all support pages content...allow all cookies, ads, scripts, frames, popups, trackers, etc.
Please, try with VPN off.
Please try Sign In to your Norton account before Contact Support.
Please, try as test, turn off all browser content blocker/s like ads blocker, scripts blockers, tracking prevention, etc.,.. either thru browser extensions or built-in browser features.

Agree completely with your analysis. Maybe you should add this to the production suggestion board.
Seems like an easy program change to make to the subscription process and would eliminate phone calls to support. And probably make subscribers much happier.
Why can't it be:
1. Enter new product key into Norton 360.
2. Norton 360 then says, 'You have x days left on your existing subscription. Do you want this new subscription added to that? Yes/No?'
3. User clicks 'yes' and subscription is added to then run consecutively.
I shouldn't have to contact support for such a basic task.
