I bought this computer 2 years ago and there were 3 boxes to choose from to get Norton secutity. Now I keep getting messages to renew but there is no boxes to choose from. I don't know how to uplink to send to draft or put it on a harddrive or any thing but type. The instructions are over my head. And the joke is.. it asked for a password 2 years old!......really I'm lucky to remember breakfast. I want to renew my virus security but just give me the cheap box to choose only please. The pretty red boxes and keep it simple please.
