How do I get rid of the Renew Norton pop-ups? I uninstalled it from cpanel, I tried using Malware bytes and Kaspersky. I removed any extensions. I installed Norton using I think it is called NRNR.exe, to cancel it. Anyway, whatever it is called, I followed Norton's instructions to the T. Still, it pops up whenever I go to a new site. I am using Windows 10 home and business

The link you gave in you first post is a link to a Norton web page. If this is what you are referring to, this is not a pop up. It might be a redirect, in which case we need to know what web site you were visiting when you got that redirect. Or does it happen from multiple web sites.
Your image was removed as it showed nothing related to Norton. It was just an image of a web site you were visiting. And I did look at the URL in the image, and it was just related to the web site you were viewing. So if you do see another pop up, please get the screenshot again and post using these instructions. Pop ups do not come from a web link. The link you copied was just for the web site you were viewing. You need to take a screenshot when you see a pop up. Press the PrtSc key when you see something you want to post.

I don’t know why the link did not show a pop-up. I copied the link on the address bar exactly. Did you see the screenshot that I sent?
When you used the NRNR, did you use the Advanced Options > Remove Only? That does a more thorough uninstall.
