Renew Now - cannot reach the web page

My subscription has expired - Then I click on the "Renew Now" button via the Norton software - Then I get the message "Communicating with the Norton server" - Then I get the screen "Subscription Status" with again, a button "Renew Now" - I click on it again AND…..Mynortonaccount.com..... CANNOT REACH THIS PAGE ! (Impossible d’atteindre cette page) --- I tried to renew via the Norton web site, always the same problem "CANNOT REACH THIS PAGE"   CANNOT REACH SUPPORT !!!   I will look for another antivirus software soon !

If you still have issues connecting to Support, try restarting your computer. It might reset some network settings for you.
