I’m trying to renew the plan I have (which is listed as an option) but it takes me to a page that wants me to upgrade to higher plans. There is no button to check that I don’t want to upgrade and it won’t let me proceed unless I click on an upgrade. Upgrading would cause my bill to go from $99 a year to $249 or higher! I’ve tried several different ways and I’m either being forced to upgrade or I get a blank screen and nothing happens.

When I go through another way to try to renew it always bring up the upgrade page and while it has my current subscription listed, you cannot select it, only the 2 upgrade options have a button to select them.

Did you ask Norton support to help you "renew"?
Can you buy a key? (wait for last day or two) Or, ask support to add new key to current term.

I contacted them and told them to cancel the renewal because I didn't want it to auto renew. They cancelled the charge on my credit card and since then I have not been able to renew it on my own under any and all ways I should be able to renew.
I think you need to disable your Automatic Renewal first, then you'll get the option to renew the current one without upgrading.

The simplest way to renew your protection is from inside your product. Here’s how:
- Start up your Norton application.
- On the main window, look for the renewal section near the bottom.
