As my Norton 360 expires soon I wanted to renew. I bought earlier a Norton 360 Premier version and have the related product key. When entering this new product key under "renew" on my current Norton 360 product it does not recognize the product key.
I would like to know if there is any easy way to renew/ upgrade from Norton 360 to Norton 360 premier without using the CD and only using the product key?
