Renewal 3 months free promotion promised (w/ screenshots) but renewal date put 12 months from first subscription
This is for the Antivirus, it was first purchased on 3rd of Feb 2024, the renewal after the 3 free months should be postponed to 3rd of May 2025 but it is still firmly at 12 months mak, on 3 of Feb 2025.
What am I missing here?
Do they keep their promise ?

Make sure you do not get caught out. Maybe someone is relying on people who are less switched on.
Let me know if the renewal in the promotion does push the renewal date by those three months. It should be automatic!
