Renewal by Serial Number

I have always renewed my NIS by buying a boxed version from an online retail store as it is often cheaper than buying direct.

 

Can Symantec change the current system of starting a fresh annual subscription from the installation date for 'upgrades' and allow us to enter the new serial number and it 'adds' to the current days remaining via our Norton Account?

 

I lose out a few days each year because I need to perform the 'upgrade' at weekends and often my 366 day expiry falls in the week.

 

I don't want to allow my subscription to be automatically renewed each year because again, it is often more expensive than buying elsewhere.

All you have to do in a case like that is have a free chat via the chat program with  customer support and they will usually just add back those few days. Come into the regular Norton Forum and we can give you the link for customer support chat for the country which you need. Thanks.

My trial for 360 has expired.  I want my product I purchased in July back.  I did not order this 360.
