I filled out the forms for renewal for NIS 2009, got a renewal Code from Symantec. Followed there instructions and when I put this number they gave me to renew, it shows up INVALID. The money hit the credit card, so I know there isn’t a problem with the money part. So what’s up with the renewal ??
